Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed and the Plaintiffs are granted liberty to amend the Plaint as per the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order within a period of two weeks from today. 2.

A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Defendants including newly added Defendants and / or their Advocates. 3.

The Defendants to file their Written Statements within a period of four weeks from the date of service of the amended Plaint. 5.
