This is the Plaintiffs' Chamber Summons. It first seeks leave to amend the Plaint in terms of the schedule annexed to the Chamber Summons. At this stage, this is not seriously opposed. 2.

Leave to amend in terms of schedule to the Chamber Summons. Amendment to be carried out on or before 22nd June 2015. Copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Advocates of all the contesting Defendants and on those of the Defendants who are not yet represented through Advocates. 3.

Mr. Seervai, Learned Senior Counsel on behalf of the Defendants No. 1 and 2, makes a statement, duly noted, that the Defendants No. 1 and 2 do not propose to raise the issue of limitation in the Suit or in any other interim proceedings. 4.

Notice of Motion No. 507 of 2015 is pending. Affidavits in Reply and Rejoinder have been filed. It is ready for final hearing. Given the amendment to the Plaint, further short Affidavits in Reply dealing with the newly amended portions of the Plaint are to be filed and served on or before 29th June 2015. Affidavits in Rejoinder, if any, on or before 6th July 2015. Motion to be listed for hearing and final disposal on 17th July 2015 at 12.00 noon. (G. S. PATEL, J.)
