The urgency is that this is a Suit for an injunction in relation to a bank guarantee. A material part of cause of action has arisen in Mumbai, where one of the bank guarantees in question was issued. Two further bank guarantees have been issued from Bangalore. Defendant No. 3 has its office in Bangalore. I am satisfied that with 13th February 2018
