Mr.Ansari for the applicant states that the suit is disposed. In view thereof, the chamber summons disposed.
The 2nd Assistant to the Court Receiver Ms.Awasare states that by the order dated 20th October 2015, the property was to be handed over to defendant No.1A to 1E but the charges of the Court Receiver were to be paid by them. Ms.Awasare states that despite three reminders addressed to defendant Nos.1A to 1E, nobody has come forward to take possession of the property or to pay charges. Defendant Nos.1A to 1E are directed to remain present in Court on 4th July 2017 for directions. The Court Receiver to forward this order to defendant Nos.1A to 1E. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.)
