Parties have tendered the agreed consent terms dated 17th February, 2017. The said agreed consent minutes between the Petitioners and Respondent No. 1 are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification 1/3

The order is passed as per the agreed minutes between the parties as under :

A. The Petitioners are given liberty to file before the Respondent No.1 their written submissions if any, to the Show Cause Notice on or before 28thFebruary 2017.

B. The Petitioners may appear before the Respondent No.1 on 7th March, 2017 for a personal hearing. C. The parties may be represented by Advocates at the time of the personal hearing. It is further agreed by the parties that all submissions with regard to the personal hearing on behalf of the Petitioner are to be completed within one day. D. In the event, adverse orders are passed against the Petitioner, the same will not be implemented for two weeks from the date of service of the adverse order. It is further agreed that the adverse order will not be disclosed / communicated by the Respondent No.1 to any third party for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the adverse order.

E. All rights and contentions of all the parties are kept open.

F. This writ petition is accordingly disposed-ff as above. 2/3

Hence, this Writ Petition is disposed-of in the aforesaid terms. Order accordingly.
