The learned counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy as may be permissible in law. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.

Mr. Vashi submitted that though the subject structure is demolished, Mahanagar Gas Limited has put up their portable cabin on the subject land. He, therefore, requests the parties be directed to maintain status quo regarding the subject premises for a limited period of time.
