The above Official Liquidator's Report is filed seeking permission to pay to (i) Shetgiri & Associates of Rs 1,18,000/- towards valuation charges; and (ii) Mr. Pranav Parikh, Chartered Engineer an amount of Rs. 3,50,000/-; from the amount deposited by M/s. Texraj Reality Pvt. Ltd.

Having heard the Representative of the Official Liquidator and for the reasons stated in the above OLR, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to pay the valuer charges to Shetgiri & Associates as per bill dated 22.08.2018 for an amount of Rs. 1,18,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Eighteen Thousand Only) and Mr. Pranav Parikh, Chartered Engineer as per bill dated 04.11.2022 for an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Fifty Thousand Only) from the amount deposited by M/s. Texraj Reality Private Limited for payment towards valuation charges after deduction of TDS as per rules therein."

The above payments shall be made within a period of four weeks from today.

The above Official Liquidator's Report is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
