Though the petition is called out on two occasions for final hearing, none appeared for the petitioner. We find that by order dated 15th July 2015, the petition was dismissed for non prosecution which was restored under the order dated 11th December 2015. As none appears for the petitioner, we dismiss the petition for non prosecution.
