The Suit is settled. Consent Terms are tendered. These are signed by one Mr Naresh Jiandani, proprietor of 1st Plaintiff and Director of 2nd Plaintiff, as also by Mr Sairaj P Devkule, proprietor of the 1st Defendant and Mr Parshuram Devkule, the 2nd Defendant. They are also signed by their Advocates. 2.

Having seen the Consent Terms, I am satisfied that they are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. The Consent 16th March 2017

The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of court fee in accordance with the Rules. 4.

In view of this, the Notice of Motion does not survive and is disposed of as infructuous.

The Court Receiver to stand discharged without passing accounts but on payment of his costs, charges and expenses within three weeks from today.

All concerned to act on an authenticated copy of this order. 7.

The learned Advocate for the Plaintiffs will provide a scanned copy of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms will be uploaded as Order No. 2. If the Consent Terms are not provided, this order will also not be uploaded on the server.
