Heard the learned counsel for the parties. The counsel for respective parties submit that the matter is settled out of court. They tendered consent terms dated 28.04.2017 (Pages 1 to 129). Same is Basavraj G Patil 1/2

All the counsel submit that their respective parties are present in court, those who are signatories to the present consent terms. They submit that the parties have given their undertakings in paragraph 7(e), (j), (k), 8(e), 9(d),(e), 10, 11, 14, 17, 19, 20, 21 and 22. The parties admit the execution of the consent terms and contents of the same. They also agree the undertakings given by them in the aforesaid paragraphs. Same are accepted.

The consent terms shall be treated to be part and parcel of the decree.
