Mr Saraogi states that there is now a revised policy. According to this revised policy, the deposit now required from SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE private vendors of railway tickets is reduced to Rs.2 lakhs. It was first Rs. 2 lakhs. Then it was raised to Rs. 5 lakhs and the increase in by SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2022.01.13 11:29:56 +0530 Rs. 5 lakhs was the subject matter of challenge in this Petition. It is thereafter that there is a reduction to Rs. 2 lakhs. 2.

Mr Saraogi states on instructions that if the present extant policy is inapplicable to the Petitioner, the Petitioner are willing to deposit the amount of Rs. 5 lakhs. The statement is noted and accepted. This is of course subject to the Petitioners meeting all other criteria and conditions, including of being within a stipulated 12th January 2022

8-OSWP-1492-2019.DOC cut-off date. We are not, by virtue of this order, extending any cutoff date nor are we granting any exemption to the Petitioner. We note Ms Masurkar's statement that the Petitioner do not fall within the cut-off date.

Accepting the statements made by Mr Saraogi, the Petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. 4.
