1] The petitioner is seeking direction that the Central Administrative Tribunal may be directed to dispose of pending O.A. expeditiously. 2] We are not aware of the position of pendency of the cases before the Tribunal and we therefore normally ignore giving such direction to the Tribunal to dispose of any case within the time bound schedule.

3] However, having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case, we request the Tribunal to dispose of the O.A. within a period of six months, particularly, in view of the order dated 13th October 2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal. 4] With these directions, the petition is disposed of.
