The above Company Petition was admitted by an order dated 24-112014. The Petition was advertised in two local newspapers as well as in the Maharashtra Government Gazette in December 2014. The Company Petition was disposed of by a consent order dated 30-01-2015, wherein the Company had agreed to deposit an amount of Rs.1.50 Crores with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court and the parties agreed to thereafter refer their disputes to arbitration.

Today, the learned Advocates for the parties have informed the Court that before referring the disputes to Arbitration, the parties have settled the entire matter by entering into Consent Terms dated 26-02-2015. They have ssp 1/2
cp 207 of 2013 .sxw tendered in Court the Consent Terms dated 26-02-2015 and have submitted that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Company Petition be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms.

The Consent Terms dated 26-02-2015 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Director of the Petitioner and the Director of the Respondent. The Consent Terms are also signed by the respective Advocates for the parties. The undertakings recorded in the Consent Terms are accepted. The order dated 30-01-2015 is set aside and the above Company Petition is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms, marked 'X'.
