Perused the Chamber Order and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Order, the Chamber Order is allowed and the Plaintiffs are granted liberty to carry out amendment to the Plaint by inserting the annexed page as page No. 202A (internal page No. 31 of the Suit Agreement) to the Plaint in terms of the Schedule annexed to the Chamber Order. 2.

Amendment shall be carried out within a period of one week from today. 3.

A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Defendants and / or their Advocates.
