At the instance of the petitioner, we are not going to examine the issue raised in this writ petition simply because a cooperative housing society's building, according to the petitioner, poses a threat for the water and sewerage to flow smoothly. 2.

The petitioner was at once residing at the site. After the old structures were removed and new building has come up, neither the petitioner is residing therein nor is he a member of J.V.SALUNKE,PS

906-WP.1806.2014.doc the co-operative housing society. He has gone and shifted to Mira Road in district Thane. On the basis of some information provided to him, stated to be by his friend and collection of some documents, he has filed the petition. This is hardly a public interest litigation at the instance of the present petitioner, who may have his own private motives. We do not wish to examine any larger controversy, particularly in relation to the permission given, copy of which is at page 34 of the paper book. 3.

The writ petition is entirely misconceived and it is dismissed.
