Heard the applicant appearing in person. We have perused the Chamber Summons and Affidavit in support. It appears that the applicant wants to impugn two orders passed by the Tribunal during the pendency of the petition by carrying out amendment. To avoid multiplicity of the proceedings, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties and without going into the merits of the orders dated 21st September 2017 and 4th December 2017, we permit amendment.

Accordingly, Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause
