The 2nd Defendant was arrested by the police and has been produced in Court at 3.00 pm. The police acted in execution of a non-bailable warrant. The non-bailable warrant is cancelled and discharged. The 2nd Defendant is immediately released. 2.

On Ms Pawar's application, the Execution Application and the Chamber Summons are disposed of as infructuous. 25th April 2019
