For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in Support and given that the Applicant stays in Australia, the delay in filing the Affidavit in Support of the Caveat is condoned. Similarly, the delay of five days in filing the Caveat itself is also condoned. 2.

The Registry will accept the Caveat and Affidavit in Support on record and proceed to renumber the Testamentary Petition as a Testamentary Suit.
