After some arguments on the Motion, the parties have negotiated, and the suit itself is now settled by consent in the following terms:
(a) It is agreed that in full and final satisfaction of the Plaintiff's claim in Suit, the Defendants will pay to the Plaintiff a sum of Rs. 22 lakhs on or before 6th April 2018;

906-NMS279-18.DOC (b) On such payment being made, the Plaintiffs will have no claim in regard to the movables that are the subject matter of the Suit.

The Suit stands disposed of in these terms. Refund of Court fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules.
3.
List the Suit for the limited purpose of compliance on 10th April 2018.

In view of this, all pending Motions are disposed of as infructuous.

Mr Raveendran Nambiar is present in Court on behalf of the Plaintiffs, as is Defendant No. 1(d). They have instructed their respective Advocates.
