The Plaintiffs proposed to file a Summary Suit against the Defendants arising out a Leave and License Agreement that was registered in Bhiwandi. The Defendant is in Ghatkopar. A material part of the cause of action has arisen in the jurisdiction of this Court.

I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent this Court would have jurisdiction to entertain and try the Suit.
