Mr.Nagar appearing for respondent no.1 states that the director of respondent no.1 has complied with the directions given in the order dated 17.2.2017. Ms.Pawar for petitioner does not dispute the statement.

Mr.Suresh Kumar for respondent nos.2 & 3 states that it is not clear whether respondents have paid the dues of Railways. In my view, that is for the Railway to check their records and if not paid, take independent action.
