The learned Counsel appearing for the SRA Mr. A.U. Patil states that instead of tenement No. 4, tenement No. 6 in the Rehab Building -A, Shivkrupa SRA Cooperative Housing Society Ltd. Respondent No. 2 would be allotted to the Petitioner.
The learned Counsel for the Petitioner Ms. Tatake on instructions from the Petitioner who is personally present in the court agrees to accept tenement No. 6 in place of tenement No. 4 and states that in view of the said Talwalkar
6.wp2600.16 allotment no further grievance would be made in respect of the allotment of tenement No. 4 by the Petitioner.
The learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 2 Society Shri Noman Jafri on instructions of the Chairman of the Society Shri Arun Naik who is personally present in the Court states that in the said tenement No. 6 repairs and renovation would be carried out so as to make it habitable. Statement accepted.
In view of the aforesaid, there is now no warrant to keep the above Petition pending. The Petition is disposed of. Put up for compliance report on 24/8/2017.
