Mr. Jadhav, counsel for plaintiff states that the ad-interim order passed on 27th April, 2016 be confirmed as order in this notice of motion. Today nobody is present for the defendants to oppose. Infact in the order dated 15th December, 2016, this court has recorded the unenviable position of the advocate for defendants that he has not been getting any instructions from the defendants.

Therefore, the order passed 27th April, 2016 (paragraph 2) is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and the notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.

The defendants to file the written statement and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff within four weeks from today. If the written Gauri Gaekwad
