By this Chamber Summons the Applicant Plaintiff seeks direction against the Directors of the Defendant Company to remain present before this court.

The learned counsel for the Defendant submits that there are in all three Directors of Defendant. They are Rupesh Desai; Daivat Vakhara and Jayesh Ramanlal Desai. He submits that all these Directors are personally present before this court. As all the Directors are present before this court, nothing survives in the Chamber Summons. Hence, the Chamber Summons stands disposed of. No order as to costs.
