The Chamber Summons is taken out for the amendment of the Petition on the ground that the Respondent No. 3, the sole proprietor of the Respondent No. 2 has expired.

We permit the Applicant to amend the Petition to bring on record name of Mr. Tarun Sadanrangai. It is made clear that the amendment shall be carried only in accordance with the procedure and as per directions by the ofce and particularly with regard to the serial numbers of the Respondents. The abatement, if any against the Respondent No. 3 is set aside. The amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Consequential amendment is also allowed. 3.
