In view of submission of compliance report dated 13th November, 2017 by the Court receiver, prayer clause (h) is complied with and now the plaintiff is in possession of the seized goods. 5.

Learned advocate Mr. Rohan Savant appearing on behalf of defendants makes a statement that they have no objection if interim relief granted by this Court on 20th February, 2017 is continued till hearing and final disposal of the suit. Statement accepted. 6.
