Petitioner appears in person and seeks leave to withdraw this Petition with liberty to approach the concerned Magistrate under Notification dated 25th August 1993 for renewal of the passport. In case the Petitioner approaches the concerned Magistrate, it will be open for the said Magistrate to decide his Application in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, after giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as also to the Passport Authority. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
