Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the Notice of Motion is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which are reproduced hereunder :

"(a) That the order dated 01.09.2015 passed by Ld. Prothonotary and Senior Master be set aside and Suit (L) No. 505 of 2015 may be restored by permitting to remove the raised objections within four weeks from the date of order.

(b) That the delay of 153 days may be condoned in the restoration of above mentioned matter.

"

Office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks from the date of this order.
