The parties have amicably settled the matter and have tendered the Consent Terms, dated 20th September 2016, signed by the Authorised Signatory of the plaintiffs, Constituted Attorney of the defendant and their respective Advocates. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of what is stated in paragraph 4 of the Consent Terms, leave to amend the cause title of the plaint is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Re-verification dispensed with.

All undertakings in the Consent Terms are accepted. The suit is disposed in terms of the Consent Terms with no order as to costs.
