Mr.Kedia, learned counsel appearing for the judgment creditors states that the applicants have already paid the amount to the judgment creditors in full and final settlement of all claims of the judgment creditors under the consent decree. 2.

Learned counsel states that in view of this fact, his client has no objection if the reliefs as claimed in the notice of motion are granted. Statement is accepted. 3.

Notice of motion is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). No order as to costs.
