Accepted. Since all the legal heirs have consented, issuance of proclamation is dispensed with. The Petition is taken up for hearing and final disposal forthwith.

The Petitioner seeks a Legal Heirship Certificate under Section 2 of Bombay Regulation VIII of 1827 in respect of one Lata Chadrakant Dhaybar, who is said to have died intestate in Mumbai, where she was ordinarily resident, on 31st January 2017. A copy of her death certificate is annexed.

The deceased was survived by her three sons. Her husband died before her. The three sons' names are mentioned in the 17th April 2018

The Legal Heirship Certificate is required for the purposes of application to Maharashtra State Electriciy Distribution Company Limited for employment on compassionate ground since the deceased worked with that Company.

No other Petition for a heirship certificate, succession certificate, probate or letters of administration with or without will annexed has been filed. There is no impediment to the grant of relief.

The petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in favour of the persons mentioned in the table below paragraph 4, namely, Amol Chandrakant Dhaybar, Abhijit Chandrakant Dhaybar and Arul Chandrakant Dhaybar.
