It is pointed out that the Petitioners have taken back the papers of the Petition from the Advocate for the Petitioners. The Petition is of the year 2000. It appears that the Petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the Petition. Accordingly, we dismiss the Petition for nonprosecution. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs. Chamber Summons No.22 of 2002 and Notice of Motion No.131 of 2004 do not survive and the same are disposed of. If any interim order is operative, the same stands vacated.
