At the outset, Mr. Daver, counsel for petitioner states that in paragraph 1 of the order dated 18th December 2017, the figure of "Rs.12,50,000/-" is to be corrected to read as "Rs.12,25,000/-". Ms. Rajpal also agrees.
Mr. Daver states that the entire amount as per order of 18th December 2017 has been deposited with Prothonotary and Senior Master, High Court, Bombay. Mr. Daver further states that this amount be transferred to the credit of suit bearing lodging no.225 of 2018 and since the petition is yet to be advertised and the company has complied with the conditional order passed while the petition was taken up for admission, the petition could be dismissed as withdrawn.
Petition dismissed as withdrawn.
