Pursuant to order passed yesterday 29 th September, 2021 the presence of the plaintiff no. 1 has been dispensed with. Plaintiff no. 2 husband of the plaintiff no. 1 being a resident of Jharkand has joined this hearing on video conference. The Advocate for the plaintiff no. 2 has tendered his affidavit of evidence dated 12 th January, 2021. Mr. Coyajee has on this video conference confirmed the desire of the plaintiff to separate and seek divorce. He has verified the fact that consent terms provide for certain payment. He confirms the contents thereto. In view thereof I pass the following order : 1/2 1-PS-9-2021spm.odt rrpillai

(i) Suit is decreed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). (ii) Marriage between the plaintiffs solemnized on 28 th November, 2014 as evidence by Certificate of Marriage at Exhibit A is dissolved. (iii) Suit is disposed in the above terms.
