Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner invited my attention to the order passed by this Court on 14th November 2014 in Company Petition No.196 of 2014 and the order dated 20th August 2015 in Company Application No.857 of 2015 and submits that the respondentcompany is already wound up. 2.

In view of the winding up order passed in Company Petition No.196 of 2014, this petition stands disposed of. The petitioner may submit its claim before the official liquidator. Disposal of the claim of the petitioner shall be in accordance with provisions applicable to the winding up proceedings. If any claim is filed by the petitioner before the official liquidator, the same can be disposed of expeditiously. No order as to costs.
