Shri Pande for petitioner states that further to the order dated 22nd December 2017, petitioner has advertised withdrawal of the petition in Free Press Journal and Navshakti on 29th February 2017. Mr.Pande states that they have not received any claim from any party opposing the proposed withdrawal. Mr. Pande tenders an affidavit of one Ashok Rajdeo Singh affirmed on 19th January 2018 confirming publication. The same is taken on record.

Company petition accordingly disposed as withdrawn. Registry to refund the amount of Rs.10,000/- subject to deductions, if any to the Advocate for petitioner.
