Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner tendered a copy of the e-mail exchanged between the petitioner and the daughter of the petitioner giving her no objection for allowing Judge's Order filed by the petitioner. A copy of the e-mail is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

At the request of the petitioner, the filing of the administration bond is dispensed with since the petitioner is permanent resident of Singapore and does not have any person within this jurisdiction to stand as surety on her behalf.

In lieu of administration bond, the petitioner will furnish an undertaking in a form to be decided by the Additional Prothonotary and Senior Master of this court and the petitioner will also satisfy the Registry that copies of the undertakings have been sent to all those

The Registry is directed to proceed accordingly. 5.
