Heard. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that they have no objection if Court Receiver's report is made absolute. She submits that the Petitioner is ready and willing to pay cost of this report as well as other charges of the Court Receiver within 4 weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, following order is passed:

a.

Court Receiver's report is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read Basavraj G Patil 1/2

19.81.16-crr thus:

(a) The Petitioner company may be directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,600/- in the office of the Court Receiver.

(b) That the Cost of an incidental to this report be fixed at Rs.3000/- and the Petitioner may be directed to deposit the same in the office of the Court Receiver.

b.

Four weeks time is granted to the Petitioner to pay Court Receiver's charges, failing which the Petitioner shall pay interest @ 9% on the outstanding amount.

c.

If the Court Receiver's charges are not paid within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, liberty granted to the Court Receiver to move before this court.

d.

Court Receiver's report stands disposed of accordingly.
