1] This petition has been filed for an innocuous prayer seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 and 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 20th February 2013. 2] Learned AGP on instructions of Mr. Dhabolkar, Assistant Conservative Officer - respondent No.3 who is personally present in the court makes a statement that the representation of the petitioner shall be decided within four weeks from today.
