Parties tender consent terms dated 22nd February, 2019. The same signed by plaintiffs, defendants and their respective advocates and the same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The learned counsel for the parties state that signatory of the plaintiff and each of the six defendants are present in the Court and identify them. Mr. Kulkarni states that even though defendant No.6 has signed in Marathi, he reads and understands English but he signs in Marathi. Statement accepted. 2.
