By consent, the above Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer Clauses (a) to (c), which are reproduced hereunder : "(a) That the delay of 1180 days if any in taking out this Chamber Summons be condoned ;

(b) that the legal heirs and representatives of late Amirali Huseinali Tejani, the Plaintiff abovenamed, enumerated in the Schedule annexed hereto be brought on record of the present Suit, namely Suit No. 561 of 2013 ; (c) that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to allow the Plaintiffs to carry out such consequential amendments in the cause title, plaint and proceedings of the said Suit as may be necessary as a consequence of the order herein.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. 3.

A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the Advocate for the Defendants within a period of two weeks from today. 4.
