The report of Mr. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer, Indian Council for Social Welfare dated 1st March 2016 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The proposed adoption relates to a female minor Asha who is just over one year old. The proposed adopters already have a another adopted son, of Ethiopian origin today about seven and a half years old.

904 FAP NO.12-2016.DOC 2.

I have seen the Home Study Report, the child care report, the health reports as also the financial and tax documents. They appear to be in order. The proposed parents have countersigned the medical report which indicates that the minor has a mild heart valve issue. They have undertaken to provide the necessary care and attention for this. There is also a guardianship statement by the adoptive mother's sister and brother-in-law, as also reference letters and the necessary undertakings/affidavits. There is in addition a suitability decree from the juvenile care authority in Venice which is also on file. Accordingly the Judge's Order is separately signed. 3.

The Foreign Adoption Petition is disposed of. (G. S. PATEL, J.)
