This is a foreign adoption petition. The minor Ayush was found at birth congenital heart disease, respiratory distress, and in addition, a skin disorder. He has been operated at the Ambani Hospital when he was only eight days old for the heart ailment. Ayush is today about two years old. In fact he completed two years just yesterday. The adoptive parents are aware of his medical condition. They have acknowledged this and have assured all
905 FAP NO.13-2016.DOC necessary care and monitoring. His HIV report is also taken on file marked "X" for identification. It is negative. A summary statement of the case is also tendered. This is signed by Mr. O. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer, Indian Council for Social Welfare, who is personally present before me. This also taken on record and marked "X1" for identification.

Having carefully considered the documents, including the medical records, financial records, the home study report and the child study report, I am satisfied that the Petition should be allowed. The combined income of the adopted parents is approximately Euro 50,000/- equivalent to about Rs.40 to 50 lacs pa. The investment sum is accordingly and appropriately provided in the Judge's Order separately signed today. 3.
The Foreign Adoption Petition is disposed of. (G. S. PATEL, J.)
