The IA seeks leave to amend the plaint and interlocutory applications with consequential amendments on account of change of address of defendant no.1. In view thereof, learned counsel for defendant no.2 has no objection.

In the circumstances, I pass the following order :- (i) IA is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today. Re-verification is dispensed with.

(ii) Returnable date of writ of summons is extended upto th April 2021.

(iii) IA disposed in the above terms.
