I must note a unusual feature of the present case. The minor female child, Tamanna, is today about 8 years old. The proposed adopter is a single (i.e. unmarried) lady currently employed full time. I have seen the Home Study Report, the child care report and the necessary approval (Page 63) of the petition. The financial status as also the facilities available for education have been set out in the Home Study Report. It is also noted that the adoptive mother's family namely her brother and sister-in-law have agreed to assist and support the adoptive mother. On a careful assessment of the entire record, I am inclined to allow this Petition. The Judge's Order is separately signed.
