By this application, the applicant, the ex-director seeks intervention in the Official Liquidator Report No.405 of 2016, by which learned Official Liquidator seeks certain directions against him in the Official Liquidator's Report.

Learned Official Liquidator states that papers and proceedings of the said OLR have already been served upon the learned Counsel Uday S. Jagtap

92-17-CA=.doc appearing for the ex-director. Learned Counsel for the ex-director does not dispute that the papers and proceedings are served upon her. In view of the aforesaid facts, the applicant can appear in the Official Liquidator Report filed by the Official Liquidator and no separate order for intervention is required.

The Company Application is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
