In this case the adoptive parents already have two sons aged 6 and 5. The Home Study Report points to a happy, secure and well settled life style with more than a sufficient facilities, equipment, two pet dogs and so on. The minor child has some issues regarding vision in both eyes and this needs periodic monitoring. The proposed adopters have countersigned the report and the child
