Admittedly, Mr. Justice S.K.Shah, former Judge of this Court, has been appointed as an Arbitrator in the matter and the learned Arbitrator has fixed the meeting with the parties on 8 th June, 2018. In view thereof, the learned Arbitrator shall now decide the above Petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as a Petition under Section 17 of the Act, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of the first meeting held with the parties.
