Having heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, the learned Counsel for the Respondent No. 7 and the learned Counsel for the MHADA, we dispose of the Petition by passing the following order :

ORDER

The Representation of the Petitioner No.2, who is partner of Petitioner No.1, dated 17.12.2020 by SHALIKRAM PRALHADRAO BOREY Date: 2021.08.26 14:33:53 +0530 (Exh.'O' to the Petition) shall be decided by the Dy. SHALIKRAM PRALHADRAO BOREY Borey 1/2

ii.

The Petitioners and the Respondent No. 7 shall appear before the said Dy. Chief Engineer -Zone IV, Mumbai alongwith an authenticated copy of this order on 07.09.2021 at 12 Noon.

iii.

The Dy. Chief Engineer-Zone IV, after hearing the Petitioners and Respondent No.7, shall take appropriate decision on the Representation of the Petitioners expeditiously and in any event within eight weeks from today.

The Petition to stand disposed of in the above terms. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all the contentions of the parties are kept open.
