The minor is a male, Rahul born on 22nd May 2013. The adoptive parents are from Italy. The documents are in order. The medical reports require the child to undergo occupational therapy and other therapies. The proposed adopters have accepted this. There are some issues in regard to his speech and these have also been brought to the notice of the adoptive parents. The financial documents and other documents are in order. I am satisfied with the home study and the child care reports as well. I will allow the Petition.
